The Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) will host its 2014 Annual Meeting from October 18 to October 22 in Boston. The five-day event will provide neurosurgeon members and leaders an opportunity to network and learn about the latest advances in neuroscience. In addition, attendees will gain skills and techniques vital to carrying out proper patient care. Other highlights of the upcoming event include live surgery feeds, research forums, and original abstract presentations.
During the 2014 event, the CNS will honor the chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Edward C. Benzel. Also a professor of surgery at Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Benzel has conducted extensive clinical research on spinal disorders and continued to be actively involved with the CNS.
